
POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
General Information

This is a family campground. To ensure an enjoyable stay, we kindly request that excessive noise be ceased between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Swearing, intoxication, excessive noise, or any offensive or antisocial behavior will not be tolerated. Offenders will be asked to leave immediately.

Office hours: 8 AM – 5 PM. Check-in: 2 PM – 5 PM (12 PM – 7 PM on weekends). Check-out: 1 PM. Notify management early for extensions.

Phone signal: Smart & Globe networks are available. Globe is recommended for stronger coverage.
-
Kindling can be collected from the ground within the campsite. No cutting/chopping of trees.
-
Fires must be extinguished with water when not attended.
-
Can I or Can’t rules must be always observed.
-
Day visitors staying after 6:30 PM will incur normal nightly rates.
Booking & Reservations

Bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance.

The person whose name is on the booking is the responsible party and liable for additional charges arising from the stay.

Occupancy must not exceed designated capacity.
-
Solo campers/visitors will be charged accordingly.
-
Discounts: Children 6–12 years old, senior citizens, and PWD get 20% off.
Payment & Deposits

Tariff quoted at the time of booking must be paid in full prior to entering the campsite.

50% downpayment is required to secure a booking.
-
Accepted payment methods: Bank-to-bank, Gcash, and other digital banks (e.g. Maya).
Cancellations & Refunds
-
50% downpayment is non-refundable.
-
No refunds for early departure or cancellations upon arrival.
-
Management reserves the right to refuse any booking.

Prices may change without notice.
Day Visitors
-
Approval for day visitors is based on occupancy and at management’s discretion.
-
Day visitors are also bound to the campsite’s policies and conditions upon booking.

Fees apply per adult/child.
-
Day visitors staying past 7PM will be charged the regular nightly rate.
Campfire & Fire Safety
-
Open fires are only permitted in designated fire pits, subject to fire restrictions and weather.
-
Campfires must not be left unattended and must be fully extinguished when not in use.

A bucket of water must always be nearby.
-
Cutting firewood on the road leading to the park is not allowed.
-
Burning glass or cans is strictly prohibited.
-
No additional charge for using the fire pit.
Environment & Cleanliness

Double-bag rubbish and separate recyclables for collection.
-
No digging of trenches or holes in the campground.
-
Trees may shed branches and debris—management disclaims liability for personal injury or damage resulting from these.
Transportation & Mobility

Motorbikes are allowed only if they are your primary mode of transport and may only be used for entering or exiting the campground.

Bicycles are allowed but must follow safety protocols:

• Helmets must be worn at all times.
-
• No bicycle riding after dark.
Alcohol & Substance Policy
-
Alcohol consumption is limited to beer and wine only.

Hard liquor is strictly prohibited.
Damages and Penalties
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to campsite property, equipment, and tents. A minimum fine of ₱500 will apply for damaged or destroyed items. Costs may increase depending on the value of the item.
Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency, the assembly point is on the flat ground beside the greenhouse.

Guests will be informed if there’s a need to evacuate to this point.

Please familiarize yourself with the Emergency Procedures on arrival.
Children & Pets
-
Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and supervision at all times.

Pets are welcome, but:

• Must always be kept on a leash.
-
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
-

Prohibited Activities

No firearms are allowed on site.
-
No cutting of trees or collecting firewood from non-designated areas.
-
No digging of holes or trenches.
-
Offensive, disruptive, or antisocial behavior is not tolerated.
